Non-Member Booth Pricing is: $65.00
A Vendor Registration Form must be received with payment. You may return vendor registration form via fax at 281-353-4601.

Upon receipt; you will receive an invoice for the Annual Spring Carnival located in Spring Town Center behind Chick-fil-A @ 5905 FM 2920; Spring, Tx 77388. The event will be on Saturday, May 7th, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This signup is for members and non-members and will be on a first-come; first-serve basis. Your booth will NOT be confirmed until payment has been received.

A bag lunch is available for vendors; provided by Chick-fil-A. A menu with options will be provided for you to choose your lunch. If you need to purchase an additional lunch; please mention in the comments section of this form.
